Water nozzle

The main function of the wire cut EDM water nozzles is to flush and discharge the metal powders produced during electrical discharge machining and cool the brass wires. The materials of water nozzles are commonly made of ceramic or plastic. Accurate aperture control and verticality requirements will ensure the timely discharge of impurities in the processing gap by the upper and lower water columns, and at the same time reduce the impact of the jitter on the brass wire to a minimum.
